De Dietrich dishwasher error code

If your De Dietrich dishwasher displays error code E22, the error may be due to:

Clean the bottom filter: In some cases, simply cleaning the bottom filter can solve the problem.
Inspect the drain pump for foreign objects: To access the drain pump, remove the bottom filter via the bottom filter opening. In many cases you can get to the pump vane this way. Check that the pump vane can rotate freely and remove any foreign objects if it is blocked. After removing any foreign objects, you can try to start the dishwasher again and see if the error code E22 has been resolved.
Possible defective drain pump: If there are no foreign objects present and the pump vane rotates smoothly, this may indicate that the drain pump is faulty.
