Error code F1

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F1, a heating error has occurred. This is typically due to a faulty heater.

Error code F2

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F2, water has collected at the bottom of the dishwasher. This typically occurs during leakage which can be caused by various defective spare parts. To find the correct spare part, you should follow the chalk trail.

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F4, it may be due to a fault in the water supply. This can be solved by replacing the aquastop in the dishwasher.

Error code F6

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F6, it may be due to a water level error. This can be solved by replacing the aquastop in the dishwasher.

Error code F7

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F7, it may be because the dishwasher has difficulties emptying the water from the machine. This can be solved by replacing the drain pump on your dishwasher.

Error code F10

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F10, water has formed at the bottom of the dishwasher. When there is water in the bottom of the dishwasher that it cannot remove by itself, error code 10 appears. Turn the dishwasher at a 90 degree angle to allow the water to drain out of the machine.

• If you can hear the drain pump or stall during pumping, this may indicate a defective drain pump. First try to remove foreign objects from the drain pump by removing the bottom strainer. Then you should have access to the drain pump.
• If the first step does not work, disconnect the drain hose and check it for defects such as blockages or if the gasket is intact. If your drain hose is defective, you can purchase a new one below.
• The fault code can also be caused by the solenoid valve, due to a leak in the water valve. This can usually be confirmed by finding visible traces of limescale if the water valve is leaking water.

Error code F11

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F11, it may be because the water in the dishwasher cannot be drained from the machine. This can be solved by replacing the faulty drain hose.

Error code F12

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F12, it may be due to a fault in the water supply. This is solved by replacing the defective aquastop.

Error code F40

If your ASKO dishwasher has the error code F40, it may be due to a fault with the water valve. This is solved by replacing the faulty water valve.

Error code F41
