There's no binding purchase agreement with CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS, CRV 29529035, until you have received an order confirmation from CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS.
Reservetaions are made for price errors etc. as a result of curency changes, war, terror, natural disasters, nuclear attacks, fore majeure, delivery failure, tax changes, sold out goods and printing errors.
CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS's wholesalers make reserveations for sold out goods and deffered delivery time.
The normal delivery times appear for each item. The delivery time for stock items is 1-2 working days, where the delivery time for ordering goods is supplier dependent.
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned.
Prices only apply within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All contracts are signed in Danish.
The price quoted at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price.
CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS reserves the right to charge an order fee of DKK 25.00 incl. VAT, where the order is not made through CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS's website.
An order will be deleted if it is not picked up within 7 business days of the order.
Pick-up items are billed at the current price at the time of order, and the price does NOT change in the event of a price drop or increase.
Shop sales: purchases made in our shop on Thorndahlsvej 11.
In store sales, there is NO cash return, as you have the opportunity to investigate the item before the transfer / risk transition occurs.
14 days full return policy is given for goods purchased in our Websop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. However, the product must be returned in original and unbroken packaging, as the product must subsequently be sold as new.
You must bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment. (marked "Cancelled"), and with the following informatiom, the time of order and order number.
The possible payment methods are:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, MobilePay and cash (store sales only),
There is no possibility of prepayment, as the client's legal position here is significantly inferior to other forms of payment.
The amount of the goods will not be deductedf from your account until the goods are shipped. For partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted.
There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS. The difference between right of complaint and guarantee can be seen here. If there is an additional right of complaint or guarantee, this will appear separately on the invoice.
Should the product unexpectedly break during the complaint period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop.
Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse on the part of the user is not covered by the right of complaint. This also includes changing the amperage supplied to any relevant component.
Reference is also made to Section 78 of the Purchase Act for procedures regarding complaints.
Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's fault or deficiency in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remedial process due to fault finding.
When the customer returns defective or incorrect goods to CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS, where a fault or defect, defined and specified by the customer, is not found, the goods will be returned to the customer including a test fee. CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS reserves the right to collect this fee and shipping costs per cash on delivery, if there is no credit agreement.
The test fee is 200 per half an hour incl. VAT. The test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.
Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the time of purchase for the complained about product, as otherwise the goods will be stored until a copy of the invoice is available and possibly error message on the product.
All products returned to CJ Hvidevareservice Aalborg ApS must be securely wrapped.

The above data will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.
If you have created a login to enable self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.
